ARCHIVED PROJECTS

Here are a collection of our older projects.

The Old Zion Chapel – Herodsfoot

This project is currently underway and we have made great progress to date. The works requires us to remove and re-slate the existing roof, build a new 2 story extension to the rear of the property, construct a new stone faced porch and a new ground floor study extension along with converting the loft of the existing house to provide a further bedroom.

“We were very impressed that the work started the week after we agreed the price for the total works and Lynher Construction’s men were on site exactly when we were expecting them. They are doing a wonderful job to our house and are very informative with what is going on during the building process. Their standard of work skills are superb and any changes we have made during the construction process have been met with a good and helpful response.”

Lanhydrock Golf Club

Due to the adverse weather conditions we experienced during winter 09/10, Lanhydrock Golf club suffered severe damage to their entrance road and car park area. They contacted us to relay a 600m section of their road and a large area in their car park. This was done with minimum disturbance and we have received great comments from the golf club and their customers.

“Lynher Construction Ltd were recommended to us as a contractor who could make the necessary repairs to our entrance road and car park area to due to the damage caused by last winters severe conditions. They have done a superb job with a minimum amount of fuss to our business and customers and we would like to recommend them to any future potential clients as a company that can provide a quality, affordable service.”

Fillace Park – Horrabridge

We were asked to remove an existing outbuilding and replace it with a new extension along with the refurbishment of the existing bungalow to provide suitable living accommodation and wheelchair access for a young man who had suffered injuries while in the army.

The main client was West Devon Homes who were delighted with the superb standard of our works. Completion photographs are to follow shortly.

Barn Conversion

Swallows Rest Barn conversion was a project we took on in January 2007 and completed in December 2007. This project required a varied range of skills from damp proof tanking to natural stone construction and landscape gardening.

The owners of this project were overwhelmed with the efficiency, politeness and quality of workmanship of our staff throughout the works. As you can see from the photos this was a complete transformation.
